If you are eligible for a Covid vaccination or booster injection the NHS will contact you accordingly.  However, you can also check if you are eligible by going to the NHS website and logging in with your details.  https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/ 

If you are eligible, select your local Cotswolds Clinic as your preferred location to receive inoculation; you will be shown available times and dates to book your appointment online.  This information will then automatically be passed to the clinic so we will be expecting you for your appointment at the arranged time on the arranged date.

Please note, you will not be able to choose the manufacturer of your booster or primary vaccination; we receive Covid protective medication from pharmaceutical companies without option as to manufacturing source.
